Delivery Timeframes

Large & Commercial Equipment

Due to the nature of commercial kitchen equipment:

• Some items are delivered kerbside only unless otherwise agreed.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery vehicles.

Order Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. This helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Click & Collect Policy

Jamal Catering Equipment’s Ltd offers a Click & Collect service by prior arrangement only. Collections are available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to order confirmation.

All items must be collected within 10 business days from the date the customer is notified that the order is ready for collection. Failure to collect within this timeframe may result in storage charges, cancellation of the order, or resale of the item, without further notice. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable in such cases.

Free assistance with loading items into the customer’s vehicle may be provided as a courtesy. However, responsibility for ensuring the suitability of the vehicle, securing the load, and safe transportation remains entirely with the customer. Jamal Catering Equipment’s Ltd accepts no liability for damage once goods have been loaded and collected.

Valid identification and order confirmation may be required at the time of collection.
